How To Wash Your Fabrics?
Apart from silk and acetate, you can wash our fabrics in a washing machine.
In the case of washing the fabrics printed using pigmented inks, we recommend phosphate-free detergents. Of course, we discourage the use of bleach and strong stain removers. If you use capsules or other cleaning agents that you place directly in the drum of the washing machine, make sure that the detergent does not come into direct contact with the printed side of the fabric.
Turn the garments inside out and wash woven and knit fabrics at temperatures up to 40 degrees Celsius, preferably using a programme dedicated to delicate fabrics. Spin at low speed (preferably 400 rpm). Fabrics printed with pigmented inks are most vulnerable to damage when wet. Spot-cleaning or rubbing wet prints is not recommended.
Wash polyester fabrics at a maximum temperature of 60°C, preferably using a synthetic washing program and do not bleach. Spin at high speed, and tumble dry only on the lowest heat setting. Iron potential creases on the lowest heat setting or use a steamer.

Of course, if you have a supplier of semi-finished fabrics in China, we can arrange a separate quotation for you, but on the production side we reserve the right to terminate the order due to the quality of the fabrics you provide.
Will The Colours Look The Same On All Fabrics?
To ensure the best possible colour reproduction on any fabric from our offer, we take the time to properly profile our printers for each type of fabric. We understand that due to the unique structure of each fabric, the colours printed on satin may appear more saturated than on knitwear. Even when printing the same pattern on two different types of jersey, you may notice differences in the shades of colours. This is due to the production process of the textiles itself. Our designers can customise the pattern to your requirements. You can give us the pattern you like, and we can give you several new patterns as a choice, following your directions. You can also make a note on the pattern to amend it and we will follow your preferences and amend it until you are satisfied.
What File Formats Do You Accept?
We accept files in jpg, png, and tif less than 50MG.
To achieve the best results we strongly recommend using a jpg or png to avoid any color shifts or font issues.
What Size Do I Make My Image?
We recommend images be a minimum of 150dpi (dots per inch). For example, if you want to print your design as is on an 7in x 5in swatch, with no tiling or repeating options, then you would multiply dots per inch and the height and the width.
All images uploaded are automatically resized to 150dpi. You can adjust the dpi of your image by choosing Set Designs DPI under the tiling options after you have uploaded your file.
Please be aware of your final file size. Files must be less than 50MG to upload.
Can I Print A Photograph On Your Fabrics?
Of course! Photographs printed on fabric are perfect for gifts and keepsakes of all kinds. Grandchildren on quilt blocks, wall-hangings of that perfect sunset you captured on vacation, pillows adorned with your family pet and more are all possible.
Please keep in mind that the higher the dpi of your image, the larger it will print and the richer in color it will be.

What Is Digital Printing?
Digital textile printing is achieved through highly specialized inkjet printers. Print the pattern on the computer directly on the fabric (pigment printing). Depending on the fabric, disperse dyes and reactive dyes are used to show the bright and stable color fastness of the pattern. Unlike offset printing, digital printing does not require printing plates. Digital files such as PDF or desktop publishing documents can be sent directly to digital printing presses, digital printing uses less energy, generates less waste, and allows for smaller batches of fabric.
Can You Explain The Difference In Your Three Printing Methods?
All three of our printing methods include a pre-treatment of the base fabric and a post-treatment to fix the color after the ink has been applied to the fabric. By doing this, we ensure that the ink adheres properly to the material and gives you the best possible color fastness.
For patterns with an order quantity of less than 1000 meters, we use digital printing to complete the customization of the fabric
According to the different characteristics of the fabric, we have two ways
Digital paper transfer: Spray the ink onto the special textile fabric printing paper, after high temperature, transfer the ink on the paper to the cloth surface, and the printing is completed. This kind is mostly used for chemical fiber fabrics. Dye sublimation printing is the gold standard for printing on polyester fabrics. The desired image is printed on paper and then thermally transferred to the fabric. The ink becomes part of the fabric structure with minimal impact on the hand. It offers deep, rich colors with excellent color fastness, making it ideal for photographic images.
Digital direct inkjet: Before printing, we will take the original white cloth for sizing, then fix it on the machine, spray ink directly onto the cloth surface, and wash it with steamed water after post-treatment, so that the fabric can show its original color color. Generally used for natural fabrics. Also called reactive printing. Suitable for use on natural and silk fabrics and bonds directly and permanently to the fabric fibers. It’s a multi-step process in which the design is printed onto special paper, which is then pressure-transferred to the fabric using an aqueous solution. The final step involves washing and drying the fabric, after which the print is kept forever. This method has no effect on the feel of the fabric and provides the best color fastness of all methods.
If the fabric order is more than 1000 meters, we use big machines, do flat screen printing and rotary screen printing.
Since the density of the net is not as good as that of digital printing, we will first separate the patterns into different colors, and then peel off different files according to different colors, and then display the pattern in its entirety by superimposing colors in the later stage.
