Modal fiber – the perfect combination of natural fiber texture and man-made fiber practicality
This is my favorite fabric for everyday use!
Modal fiber is made from Mao camphor wood pulp meal and is a high strength, high moisture factor cellulose fiber.
Its advantage is that it combines the texture of natural fiber and the practicality of man-made fiber into one, with the softness of cotton, the luster of silk, and the smoothness of hemp, and it is better than cotton in water absorption and breathability, and it can be processed on traditional dyeing and finishing equipment. Fabric drapability, size stability, after many washes can still maintain bright colors, mainly as high-end fashion fabrics.
Modal fiber is taken from nature, and then can be returned to nature through nature’s biodegradation, fully reflecting its green and regenerative characteristics.
Acetato – the darling of dinner dresses, the “celebrity” of chemical fibers
Acetate is a semi-synthetic fiber made from cellulose extracted and purified from natural wood pulp. Its characteristics reflect both the style of natural fibers and the functions of synthetic fibers, with good dimensional stability, silk-like luster, coolness and drapability.
In the women’s apparel market, acetate has always had a place in popular ready-to-wear because of its dry, soft touch, especially in evening wear designs. Seamless bras made of elastane plus acetate have become fashionable with simple plain cups worn with outerwear. Acetate is a premium fiber that meets the strict requirements of consumers for textiles.
Soy protein fiber-“artificial cashmere”
Soybean meal, which used to be used only for feeding and fertilizer, can now be used for spinning and weaving. Soy protein fiber, known as “artificial cashmere”, is the only fiber material developed independently by China and has been the first to achieve successful industrialization tests internationally.
Soy protein fiber not only has the characteristics of fine monofilament, light specific gravity, high strength and elongation, good acid and alkali resistance, but also has a cashmere-like feel and warmth. Bamboo fiber-regenerative plant fiber
Bamboo fiber, namely bamboo pulp fiber, is a kind of regenerative plant fiber.
Bamboo fiber fabric has good moisture absorption, moisture release, smooth feel, draping type, resilience, wear resistance, good dyeing, bright luster, UV resistance, but the shortcoming is low wet strength. It is usually used in the production of handkerchiefs, mats, bedding, carpets, decorative items, daily antibacterial towels, bath towels, underwear and other varieties.

Chitin fiber-natural polymer, renewable resource
Chitin is widely found in the shells of insects, aquatic crustaceans and the cell walls of bacteria and algae, and is an extremely abundant natural polymer and renewable resource second only to cellulose. It can be used in women’s sanitary napkins, baby diapers and other women’s and children’s products, bedding and toiletry products.
Milk fleece – the most cost effective fleece fabric
Milk fleece is made by skimming, dehydrating, extracting protein and fleece polymer from milk, and spinning into milk fleece fiber through wet spinning process and special management.
The softness and skin friendliness are equal to or better than cashmere; the breathability and moisture conductivity are good; the warmth is close to cashmere; the abrasion resistance, anti-pilling and strength are better than cashmere; the amino acids contained in milk protein have a protective effect on the skin, and the price is only 1/10 of cashmere; milk velvet can be spun purely or replaced by cashmere and other kinds of fiber blends to form a fabric with velvet style.
